S.K. Amoah is the head of the Litigation Department. He has diligently represented the firms’ major corporate and individual clients in very complex litigation matters.

He was called to the Ghana Bar in 1987 and worked for several years with the Ghana Ombudsman(which later became the Commission on Human Right and Administrative Justice) before joining the firm.

As the chief litigator, he has represented the firm in the highest court of the land, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court on several occasions. He has fast earned himself the reputation of being one of the finest advocates in the country to the credit of the firm.
