Nii Arday joined the firm in 1999 after he had been called to Ghana Bar in the same year .

His areas of legal expertise are in corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, telecommunications admiralty and maritime law. He has represented the firm in several contentious matters. He has also handled several intellectual property matters including several trademark matters.

He has written articles for the bulletin of the International Trademarks Association (INTA).
He has been an instrumental in the transformation of the firm into a competitive modern international law firm.
