S.E.A. Wontumi is the managing partner of the firm. He was admitted as a solicitor of the supreme court of judicature of England and Wales in 1960 and was enrolled in Ghana as a solicitor and Barrister in 1961.

He was a senior Legal and Lands Officer in the Lands Commission from 1961 to 1965. He was also the Solicitor/Secretary and Director of Administration of the Agricultural Development Bank from 1965 to 1973. He then joined the firm as partner in 1973.

He was a wealth of experience in a real property, conveyancing and company law .He has handled several large conveyancing transactions involving many reputable companies, families and individuals over the years and has earned a fine reputation as one of the most experienced conveyancers in Ghana.one of his areas of expertise is in the law of Trusts.
