Nana Ama holds an LLB Degree from the Ghana Institute of management and public administration (GIMPA) Faculty of Law and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2016. She joined the firm same year.

Nana Ama in addition holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre Arts and Spanish. She speaks two international languages which are French and Spanish
